At UNHCR, I support end-to-end HR operations for a complex humanitarian operation, serving more than 700 personnel across multiple workforce categories. My work spans recruitment, personnel administration, contracts, benefits, separations, attendance and workforce reporting.
I coordinate recruitment workflows for 100+ positions and oversee contract extensions, separations and vacancy tracking for 240+ staff. I also administer third-party workforce operations under an annual service contract budget of approximately USD 1.7M.
Workday is central to my HR systems work: I execute and validate transactions, maintain staff data, and use SQL database access to troubleshoot recurring system issues. I also maintain attendance governance and prepare workforce reports, organigrams and staffing records to support management decisions.
My experience also includes hospitality operations at Orion, Hills of Zaarour, where I manage digital listings, paid advertising and guest workflows, and earlier HR roles at Basic Outlet, Malia Group / Malia Trust, Sanofi Aventis, and Roadster Diner & Deek Duke. I hold an MBA in Human Resources from Sagesse University and a Certification Programme in Human Resources Management from UNHCR.
