Semaj Williams
@semajwilliams
Operations coordinator improving compliance processing, tenant experiences, and data quality in fast-paced environments.
What I'm looking for
I’m an operations professional focused on high-volume compliance processing, database oversight, and client coordination. I bring a strong analytical foundation from quantitative and qualitative research training, and I use that rigor to improve decisions, risk awareness, and day-to-day workflow.
In my current role, I manage leasing processes from initial inquiry through lease signing, delivering a seamless experience for prospective clients. I conduct 8+ property tours, handle 150 resident move-ins/move-outs/renewals, and keep my database 100% ready for official reviews.
I also lead regulatory work at scale, completing 30+ applications weekly through background screening and compliance review. I resolve tenant concerns quickly, maintain relationships with 150+ residents, and partner with marketing to drive results—contributing to an 80% increase in occupancy.
Beyond operations, I’ve developed discipline and leadership through Division I athletics, including high-stakes tournament performance. I’m at my best when balancing priorities under pressure—using clear communication, time management, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable outcomes.
