From barista, hostess, and waitress roles (2017–2019) to Food Clerk and Customer Service & Front Desk Operations (2021–2024), I’ve handled fast-paced service, processed payments and refunds with exact change, percentages, and discounts, and kept workstations clean and organized using health and safety guidelines. I also provided professional communication in-person and over the phone.
In my current Access Services—Student Assistant II role (2025–2026), I support students, staff, faculty, and guests by assisting patrons with information, navigation, and university services. I also contribute to data entry and office software support, produce informational whiteboards and promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and lead library guide projects while directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
