At Sombra, I manage delivery for three client accounts and 15–19 distributed engineering professionals across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. I own account health, delivery risks, performance management, hiring needs, QBRs, and client relationships, maintaining a 75% NPS across my portfolio.
In my concurrent role at GoContact, I lead enterprise conversational AI and contact-center automation implementations. I translate customer-service needs into IVR, TTS, API integrations, decision logic, testing, and production-ready workflows.
I've investigated production issues through API responses, logs, call traces, HTTP status codes, timeouts, and decision paths, coordinating resolutions across engineering, support, operations, and client teams. I use AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and solution design while keeping human review accountable.
Previously, I led data operations, inventory forecasting, workflow automation, and Power BI reporting initiatives for Business & Pleasure, and supported production planning with SQL at Modloft.
