What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote senior leadership roles in Program & Portfolio Management, PMO Governance, or Operations Direction. I’m remote-ready and open to travel for key stakeholder meetings, with a focus on governance, delivery, and operational excellence.

I’m an Electronic Engineer and MBA with 23+ years leading PMO governance, program delivery, and large-scale technology operations across LATAM. I manage $10M+ annual revenue operations with teams of 120+ professionals, and I’ve secured $8.5M+ in contract value—including $5.7M in new business—during complex post-acquisition integration.

As General Manager / Country Manager for PBS / INFOTRANS Colombia, I took full P&L accountability after the 2023 Infotrans acquisition. I led the integration while sustaining business continuity, securing enterprise contract wins, and improving operating margins through board-level performance reporting and commercial pipeline visibility.

Previously, as Operations Director / Development Manager / PMO Manager at INFOTRANS Colombia, I scaled the operation 4.7x (from $1M to $4.7M) and expanded the project portfolio from 15–20 to 100+ concurrent projects per year. I built PMO governance and delivery capabilities, grew the team from 15 to 50 in-house staff plus 100+ outsourced personnel, and established a software development practice from 1 engineer to a 7-person team.
