What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can optimize Salesforce CRM and billing workflows, keep integrations accurate between systems, and partner with finance and revenue teams to deliver reliable invoicing and actionable insights.

I support revenue teams by administering project billing and ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue tracking. In my current role as a Client Project Set Up Coordinator, I administer and maintain project structures, financial data, and billing workflows within Core.

Previously, I worked as a Revenue Analyst – CRM Admin, where I administered and monitored Salesforce CRM performance and usage. I implemented and maintained workflows, validation rules, custom fields, and process automations to keep data consistent and processes efficient.

I bring a systems mindset across tools and integrations—supporting consistency between BQE Core and QuickBooks, and using Postman and Python to test endpoints and troubleshoot data flows. I enjoy collaborating with finance and project teams to resolve discrepancies and turning opportunity data into actionable insights for sales and management.
