Paola Gomez

I am a Business Administration professional from Bogotá, Colombia, currently based in Panama. I hold certifications in Web Development and Digital Transformation and am fluent in English, which has allowed me to connect business needs with digital environments in regional and global contexts. I began my career in Human Resources, supporting workplace safety, employee well-being, and the coordination of preventive events and trainings. I later joined Dell Technologies as a Business Analytics Intern, where I supported the creation and validation of strategic reports for leaders and eventually led Learning & Development initiatives for LATAM. Currently, I lead the LATAM Readiness Program, coordinating regional initiatives focused on preparing and developing teams, particularly within sales environments. My role involves end-to-end project management, regional coordination, cascading global initiatives, and close collaboration with stakeholders and leaders to ensure effective program and event execution. Looking ahead, I aim to continue growing in Project Management roles, with a stronger focus on the planning, coordination, and logistics of virtual and in-person events, leveraging my organizational, communication, and management skills to create clear, well-structured, and impactful experiences.
