I am a project and program management professional with over six years supporting regional programs and events across LATAM. I focus on operational efficiency, accountability and continuous process improvement to deliver measurable results.

At Dell Technologies I have supported planning, execution and post-program evaluation for large regional initiatives and training programs, coordinating logistics, vendors and budgets for events with 100–200+ participants.

I produce, consolidate and analyze reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions, tracking program performance, participation metrics and business impact. I combine stakeholder management with hands-on operational support to ensure alignment with policies and objectives.
