I'm leading food service and retail sales strategy at Yellowbird Hot Sauce, building food service revenue from near zero into a national pipeline across colleges and universities, contract operators, QSRs, hotels, and independent operators.

I've established relationships with GPOs, distributors, and purchasing organizations including Buyers Edge GPO, UFSO, Nexdine, PFG, and NACUFS. I've also secured purchasing-program placements and driven LTO placements and national tests with chains including First Watch, Bojangles, Slim Chickens, and A&W.

As founder and CEO of Big Swig Sparkling Water, I took a premium sparkling water brand from concept through commercialization, leading retail expansion, distribution partnerships, marketing, sourcing, production, logistics, and forecasting.

I've also built Dynamo Distribution, scaled Batter Blaster to 15,000 points of distribution nationwide, and operated Thee Parkside. Across food service, CPG, retail, distribution, and hospitality, I bring hands-on experience in sales strategy, trade marketing, supply chain, forecasting, P&L ownership, and team leadership.
