What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can use my experience as a business owner and operator. I’m interested in customer support, operations, administration, technical support and sales support. I’m reliable, self-managed, quick to learn and open to entry-level opportunities where I can contribute and develop.

I’m a Scottish business owner and operator with experience managing my own heating and plumbing company, FlameTec Boilers. I handle the business day to day alongside delivering the technical work myself, including customer enquiries, scheduling, quotations, invoicing, job planning, record keeping, follow-ups and problem resolution.

Running my own business has made me highly self-managed, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for work from start to finish. Before starting FlameTec Boilers, I worked as a Lead Technician and provided technical support to customers and other engineers.

I’m now looking to bring my business, customer service and problem-solving experience into remote work, particularly customer support, operations, administration or sales support. I’m quick to learn new systems, comfortable working independently and open to entry-level opportunities where I can prove myself and develop further.

Responsible for customer communication, scheduling, quotations, invoicing, job planning, records, purchasing and problem-solving, while also personally carrying out the technical heating and plumbing work. Overseeing engineers on site, ordering materials and follow up with customer.
