What I'm looking for

I'm eager to use my technical expertise to provide exceptional end-user support and help ensure operational efficiency at Remote Jobs.

At IT Career Switch Ltd, I installed, configured, and migrated Windows 10 and 11 systems, and administered Active Directory for account unlocks, password resets, and user searches.

I also configured Windows firewall and security systems, maintained printers and mobile devices, and set up network devices. I designed and implemented a functional network infrastructure and gained experience navigating Microsoft Azure core services.

At Guangzhou College of Technology and Business, I delivered Computer Science lectures and taught courses including secure web application development, computer networks, and database management systems. I also coordinated foreign-taught courses in a joint program with an American university.
