I am seeking an IT support or systems-administration role focused on Azure/endpoint management, hands-on troubleshooting, career growth, and collaborative teams that value customer service.

I am a motivated IT support professional with cross-industry systems-administration and customer-support expertise, certified in CompTIA A+ and Azure Fundamentals, and working toward Power Platform certification. I have over three years' service desk experience, expanded into second-line support across multiple sites, and consistently maintain a high incident/ticket closure rate (~180/month).

I have practical experience with Azure (Intune, Autopilot, Entra), Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, IBM iSeries/AS400, Power Platform (Canvas apps, Power Automate) and functional knowledge of Python and SQL.
