I lead operations and technical systems for San Diego LGBT Pride, supporting multi-day civic activations serving 350,000+ annual attendees. I manage multi-site logistics, IT administration, workforce operations, and approximately $1M in operational budgets.

I’ve built automated procurement and transport workflows with Google Apps Script, deployed Samsung Knox device management, and established Asana as an organization-wide project management standard. I also managed $110K+ in facility improvement projects, from HVAC and security systems to reinforced access infrastructure.

My background spans inventory operations at The Wine Bank, high-volume hospitality operations at Hank’s Oyster Bar, and account distribution at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. I also lead field activations and event operations, with a focus on safe, inclusive, well-run experiences for staff, volunteers, vendors, and attendees.
