I am a customer service representative who supports clients via chat and call, with more than 6 years of experience in the call center and BPO industry. I focus on building long-term relationships by providing specialized attention with human, quality treatment, while keeping my clients comfortable and well supported.

I also bring law-firm reception experience, including 1 year as a contact receptionist. I handle questions from CMs or attorneys, forward messages to the right point of contact, coordinate client needs, and maintain a professional, pleasant environment with integrity and confidentiality.

Beyond customer service, I have a strong technical background from systems support work—testing, monitoring, and maintaining systems and networks, meeting project deadlines, and managing service tickets. I advise users on requirements, collect customer feedback to improve processes, and use critical thinking, multitasking, and clear communication to solve problems under pressure.
