I seek a challenging e-commerce operations role where I can apply competitive analysis, QA, training, and process-improvement skills to drive quality and timely delivery within a collaborative team.

I am an E-commerce Process Executive with experience delivering competitive analysis and QA support for global e-retail clients at scale. I focus on accuracy, timely delivery and process clarity to meet SLA expectations.

I have set up and maintained competitor databases, authored QA guidelines, documented process flows, and trained new streams. I have led root-cause investigations, assumed senior workloads when needed, and provided coaching and feedback to help teams meet metrics.
