At Dealer Facility, Contractual & Field Force, I coordinate the rollout of new retail concepts and initiatives across dealer networks. I also consult on dealer facilities and oversee certification for new builds and refurbishments.

I served as lead coordinator for implementing the Dealer Management System for new dealerships, overseeing system requirements, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and implementation. I also lead and organize the Dealer Standards Audit as the primary internal auditor.

My work includes supporting dealer selection and onboarding through candidate evaluation, due diligence, and compliance checks. I also contributed to market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve dealership operations.

Earlier, I supported Network Development department activities and worked on Customer Satisfaction Surveys, analyzing results and following up on dealer rectifications. I also assisted with workshop repair tracking and analyzed productivity and efficiency metrics.
