What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can be an HRIS/informatics SME—building dashboards, automations, and secure access workflows—while partnering with leadership to improve efficiency and end-user outcomes through reliable system implementations.

I’m an HRIS specialist and supervisor who serves as the subject matter expert for Human Resource Information Systems—owning access support, troubleshooting, and the rollout of new systems and technology. I build and maintain our SharePoint site and ensure staff can reliably access HR systems when it matters most.

In my current role, I work daily in Power BI and Power Automate to make data readily available and to automate routine workflows that improve efficiency. I also deliver operational insight through dashboards and ongoing reporting—supporting management decisions around turnover, onboarding, and time-to-hire metrics—while handling Help Desk tickets for access, data requests, and troubleshooting.

I’ve also led process and implementation work across the healthcare informatics space as a Health Informatics Specialist/Clinical Applications Coordinator, acting as an SME for CPRS and VistA. I’ve implemented and supported automated clinical applications, managed clinical reminders, consults, orders, patch testing, and production readiness, while partnering with clinical services and leadership to standardize integrated systems.

Across both HR and clinical informatics, I’m known for translating complex systems into usable training, documentation, and repeatable processes. From building reporting and planning tools to serving on national committees and leading project implementation steps, I consistently focus on accuracy, reliability, and measurable improvements to end-user outcomes.
