I am a strategic and detail-oriented HRIS Project Manager with 7+ years leading full lifecycle software implementations and supporting global HR operations. I specialize in ServiceNow development, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
At the U.S. Army CHRA I enhanced custom ServiceNow applications and contributed to HRSD, ITSM, Change Mgmt, and SPM configurations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, XML and REST. I authored 600+ ServiceNow reports, published live dashboards, and improved ServiceNow HRSD for a population of 300k+ DoD employees.
I drive full project lifecycles from concept to deployment using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and liaise with stakeholders across 5 countries to manage post-release operations, training, and support. I built requirements, charts, and timelines and supported mass actions and RPA scripting using UFT/Citrix.
