At Texas Oncology, I administer and enhance a SharePoint Online environment supporting about 10,000 users. I build business-critical processes such as Patient FMLA, Nursing Coverage & Float Pool, Policy Portal, and RCM requests.
I’m coordinating SharePoint Online modernization across 300 sites, including remediation of 200+ workflows and modernization of custom solutions. I also design Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that streamline request intake and strengthen audit trails.
Earlier at McKesson Specialty health / The US Oncology Network, I built and managed an on-premises SharePoint environment supporting 8,000+ users and led upgrades from SharePoint 2013 to 2019. Before moving into applications systems work, I was a Regional HR Generalist, supporting employee relations, workforce planning, and development programs.
