I'm looking to lead full-funnel digital marketing and performance strategy, build high-performing teams, and translate consumer and campaign insights into measurable business growth.

At Publicis Groupe, I lead digital marketing strategy for Dior and Samsung, aligning paid-channel investment with brand positioning, campaign priorities, and measurable growth. For Dior’s Makeup, Fragrance, and Skincare categories, I helped improve annual ROAS from 1.2 to 6.3 over four years and drove a further 20% ROAS improvement through consumer insights and experimentation.

I previously built Dior’s marketing framework from the ground up, scaling media investment 2x and driving 3x revenue growth. I also automated reporting and dashboards to reduce manual effort by 75%, turning campaign data into clear recommendations for leadership.
