I’m an operations, customer service, and logistics professional with progressive experience supporting international freight operations. At Emirates Logistics (EA) Ltd, I lead operational initiatives to improve service quality and turnaround time, manage end-to-end cargo movement (bookings, documentation, shipment tracking, and invoicing), and liaise with clients, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
I also strengthen teams and workflows by training and mentoring new staff on SOPs and internal systems, and identifying workflow improvements to drive operational excellence. Earlier, I prepared Bills of Lading and shipping instructions, coordinated export bookings, and managed documentation for 50–100 export shipments monthly, plus I gained additional operational coordination experience as an intern and grounding in marine operations through my Marine Engineering Trainee role.
