I’m a customer-facing professional with 3+ years of experience communicating with students, families, and teams in high-pressure environments. I’m native in Spanish and Basque (Euskera), with advanced English (C1 in progress), and I bring a people-first approach grounded in active listening, patience, and clear communication.

As a Private Tutor (2022–2025), I provided 1:1 academic support by identifying each student’s individual learning needs, managing frustrated or struggling learners with empathy, and maintaining a calm and motivating environment.
