I’m a bilingual English-Spanish Operations & People professional with experience in Customer Success, Human Resources, healthcare administration, and administrative operations.

My experience includes improving patient and customer experiences, supporting recruitment and candidate screening, managing confidential documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, training teams, and improving administrative processes.

At Kerhoulas Dental, I ranked #1 in citywide patient recall performance by successfully re-engaging inactive patients, including patients who had not returned for more than two years. I also trained new Front Desk and Management team members and supported insurance, billing, reporting, and daily clinic operations.

In Human Resources, I support an organization of approximately 50 volunteers, contributing to recruitment, candidate screening, HR documentation, job descriptions, recommendation letters, onboarding, offboarding, and internal coordination.

My healthcare background as a Doctor of Dental Surgery gives me additional knowledge of patient care, clinical workflows, and healthcare operations. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working with confidential information and multicultural teams.
