I seek senior roles in operations or recruitment where I can scale hiring, build SOPs and training, improve KPIs, and mentor teams in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

I am a senior operations and recruitment leader with 15 years of experience across BPO, client services, and project management. I combine marketing and finance foundations with hands-on leadership to build high-performing teams and scalable processes.

As a recruitment director and senior operations manager, I have overseen up to 12 simultaneous clients, managed teams of 300+ staff, and led hiring drives of up to 180 people per week. I design SOPs, KPIs, hiring frameworks, and training programs that improve performance and retention.

My consulting work focuses on creating end-to-end documentation: SOPs, training materials, performance evaluation tools, and business-development onboarding assets. I partner with HR, IT, training, and stakeholders to align processes during growth and acquisition phases.
