What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own growth, strategy, marketing, or operations initiatives in a high-growth consumer business, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to launch products, test channels, improve processes, and identify new market opportunities.

At Alienkind, I own growth, marketing, and operational initiatives across creator campaigns, launches, partnerships, activations, merchandise, and emerging FMCG initiatives. I've managed 3,500+ Instagram creator executions, 500+ LinkedIn/X integrations, and 1,500+ on-ground influencers while supporting expansion from 4 to 12 outlets.

I work directly with founders to turn business requirements into actionable plans, coordinating internal teams, agencies, freelancers, creators, vendors, finance, and operations. I lead a team of four, manage campaign budgets, test new acquisition channels, improve processes, and use market, competitor, and campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities.
