At Allianz, I process variable life policy changes and support internal partners as they review requests against regulatory and policy-specific rules. I also led an end-of-year tax project across internal teams to make sure New York policyholders had the appropriate tax information available.
At RevSpring Inc, I was the main point of contact for more than 200 client accounts. I supported service issues and format changes, and led quarterly KPI meetings where I reviewed client data and suggested products and process changes.
As a team lead at RevSpring Inc, I helped team members grow into higher positions, interviewed and hired new colleagues, and mentored new team members. I also initiated and led client projects.
Earlier, at SPC/Convergint, I grew the dispatch team, implemented a training program, and planned and assisted with sales projects and new-system implementation. I’ve also served as a Reading Bridge Mentor, Elections Assistant Head Judge, and Weekend Activities Volunteer.
