What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a People & HR role where I can use HR data to drive decisions—building dashboards, supporting recruitment and staffing analysis, and strengthening learning, culture, and policy through close stakeholder collaboration.

I’m a People & Culture professional with hands-on experience across UNICEF, a World Food Program (SecoursIslamiqueFrance) mission base, and hospital and corporate HR support roles. I focus on People Analytics, recruitment coordination, and practical program delivery—so HR insights translate into staffing, hiring, and culture outcomes.

At UNICEF, I analyzed HR workforce datasets for Staffing Analysis 2026 to support staffing projections and budget planning. I contributed to People Analytics through HR data compilation and reporting for the Country Management Team, and built an Excel-based Learning & Development dashboard to track training data, insights, and trends.

My work consistently bridges operations and strategy: I coordinated HRBP meetings, managed stakeholder communication, supported organizational culture action planning, and helped develop internal HR policies (including Contract Modality Guidance and Non-Staff Functions guidelines). I also supported recruitment processes end-to-end—managing requisitions, job postings, candidate shortlisting via TMS, interview coordination, selection documentation, and reference checks.

Earlier, I supported international NGO personnel management and HR operations (recruitment, inductions, training & development, performance monitoring, health & life insurance, and payroll support), and I coordinated recruitment and HRIS-driven record management at a hospital. I bring strong analytics and tooling across HRIS/TMS, Visio, MS Office, SPSS/Stata, and Power BI (beginner), with a continuous learning mindset reflected in my recent AI and data analytics training.
