What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional who brings a security mindset to every interaction—staying calm under pressure, following airline/TSA procedures, and solving problems efficiently. In my current Customer Service Representative role, I support passengers across check-in, boarding, arrivals, flight changes, cancellations, baggage claims, and special accommodations.
