I’m looking for a client-facing leadership role where I can lead data strategy and performance growth. I want to partner with engineering and marketing to drive measurable outcomes—better ROAS, clearer analytics, and smooth end-to-end delivery.

I’m a dynamic Associate Director and Client Services professional with 13 years of experience partnering with high-profile brands across retail, e-commerce, and FMCG. I focus on turning analytics into action—helping clients improve performance, decision-making, and measurable revenue outcomes.

At Brainlabs, I lead data strategy and analytics programs that enhance operational efficiency through dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence solutions. I work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data platforms and pipelines, while establishing data governance, quality, access control, and compliance to support a truly data-driven culture.

Before that, at Epsilon – CJ Affiliate, I managed and scaled performance marketing budgets to hit ROAS, revenue growth, and conversion targets. I use campaign optimization, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing—supported by Google Analytics/GA4, Google Marketing Platforms, Commission Junction, Salesforce, and Excel/Sheets dashboards—to improve KPIs like CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.

I bring end-to-end ownership across project delivery, from planning and risk management to stakeholder communication and client satisfaction. I’m also strong in client onboarding, presales discovery workshops, and Statement of Work (SOW) creation and negotiations, and I mentor teams to strengthen reporting accuracy, collaboration, and operational excellence.
