I am a versatile and reliable professional with extensive experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, e-commerce, and day-to-day business operations.

With around 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including running my own restaurant, I have developed strong skills in customer relations, administration, supplier management, planning, problem-solving, and business organization. Running a restaurant taught me how to work efficiently under pressure, take responsibility, communicate professionally, and quickly find practical solutions.

I am also active with SP Commerce, where I support entrepreneurs and hospitality businesses with administration, social media, start-up guidance, supplier and cost analysis, staff administration, e-commerce, and practical business support. This has further expanded my experience in business support, organization, customer communication, and digital services.

Languages are also an important part of my professional background. Dutch is my native language, and I also have a good command of English and French. I am comfortable communicating with customers and business contacts in different languages and can provide support with multilingual customer service, written communication, content, and language-related tasks.

In addition, I have hands-on experience with online stores, order management, email management, social media, content creation, and general administrative support. I am comfortable working with digital tools and quickly learn new systems and platforms.
