What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a part-time remote Customer Support or Customer Success role where I can apply my communication skills while completing my Business Administration degree, learn new software tools, and contribute to an international team.

I've spent two years supporting customers for an e-commerce Shopify store, handling email and chat inquiries, order tracking, returns, product questions, and customer care. I focus on clear communication and prompt issue resolution that supports customer loyalty.

Alongside my Business Administration studies at Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok, I've built reliability, accuracy, and problem-solving skills through production roles at Mitsubishi MCAM, Exolon Group, Timfin, and Pack-It. I'm looking to bring my Dutch and English communication skills to a remote international customer support team.
