I’m looking for a role where I can grow revenue and deepen customer retention through consultative sales and customer success. I want a team that values KPIs, high-stakes communication, and long-term account expansion—especially in US healthcare or commercial accounts.

I’m a B2B Sales & Customer Success Specialist focused on revenue growth and high-value client retention. With C1–C2 English proficiency, I navigate US Healthcare and Commercial/SaaS environments and thrive on high-stakes, consultative selling.

In my current role at DIRECTV for Business, I manage a portfolio of 50+ commercial accounts across government, hospitality, and private sector clients. I execute consultative sales strategies to grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR), negotiate and close 10–15+ deals weekly, and improve retention and account value through strategic upselling.
