I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and drive B2B growth—combining vendor management, logistics optimization, sales campaigns, and customer retention with bilingual, customer-first execution.

I’m an Operations & Sales professional with 14+ years of experience scaling startup logistics, managing 50+ vendor relationships, and driving customer retention across B2B SaaS and nearshore markets. Bilingual (English/Spanish), I focus on vendormanagement, account growth, and process optimization that keeps operations and customers aligned.

In operations leadership roles, I’ve owned end-to-end logistics and vendor acquisition for startup launches, implemented compliance and verification protocols (including background checks and COI verification), and reduced compliance risk. I also use site analysis with geolocation tools to support equipment installation and reduce friction between vendors and contractors.

In customer-facing roles, I’ve managed customer success for 100+ accounts, built retention campaigns to reduce churn, and led contract renewal negotiations with C-level clients to secure significant renewals. I’ve also handled escalations with empathy and professionalism while maintaining accurate account documentation and issue resolution.

I bring a strong fraud detection and market analysis mindset, including implementing fraud detection protocols to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. Recently, I’ve been active in direct sales and customer support operations—where I maintain pipeline tracking, follow-up discipline, and campaign optimization alongside my team.
