Sanjog Gupta

I am a motivated tele-counsellor and telesales professional with hands-on experience in Tele Sales and Academic Counseling, currently pursuing a B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology. I bring strong communication, organizational and analytical skills and a focus on delivering excellent service.

In my roles I conducted outbound and inbound calls, generated and converted leads, and consistently met and exceeded daily and weekly targets while maintaining client relationships. I collaborated with marketing, admissions and counseling teams, collected feedback to improve services, and guided students on eligibility, fee structure and career decisions.
