I am a dedicated Tele Counselor and sales/collection professional who focuses on meeting targets while continuously improving my skills. With a B.Com and training in computer programming and system management, I bring both customer-facing experience and practical workplace discipline.

In my most recent role at Testbook.com as a Tele Counselor (Freelancer), I supported outreach and customer engagement over a short but intense engagement window. Previously, I worked at Life Insurance Corporation of India as a Collection Agent for 2 years 11 months, strengthening my ability to handle policy premium collection responsibilities with consistency.

I have also built experience across commercial roles, including Field Sales Officer at Eden Pharmaceuticals, Marketing Executive at St. Francis Fotography, and Distributorship & Recovery Agent work with Dinshaw Dairy & Milk Products. I am confident in my efficiency, organizational skills, and ability to meet targets through perseverance, leadership, and self-motivation.
