What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior remote role in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, identity, virtualization, or cloud infrastructure where I can use my enterprise experience to manage, secure, modernize, and improve critical IT environments.

IT Infrastructure and Operations professional with 14+ years of experience across enterprise IT, MSP/NOC, client-facing, on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. My experience spans Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM), hybrid identity, Azure, Windows Server, VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V, VDI, Cisco networking, storage, firewalls, security, monitoring, RMM, and enterprise IT operations.

In my recent role at Virtual Employee, I worked across internal IT operations and client-facing engagements, with responsibilities evolving from supporting in-house infrastructure to independently managing and contributing to MSP/client projects. I supported Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Dell VxRail-based VDI, Dell servers, QNAP storage, Cisco networking, SonicWall and Palo Alto firewalls, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and hybrid Microsoft 365 environments.

I independently managed MSP infrastructure and remote support operations, including migration of client environments from ConnectWise Automate to NinjaOne RMM, client onboarding, RMM deployment, infrastructure monitoring, patch management, policy standardization, alert configuration, troubleshooting, and SOP documentation within SLA-driven operations.

I also contributed as an ITSM Solution Architect for an AI-driven ITSM platform, designing ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management workflows covering SLAs, priorities, assignments, and escalations. My responsibilities have also included stakeholder discussions, requirement gathering, client communication, vendor coordination, technical escalations, security, compliance, and service delivery.
