I'm seeking a challenging role where I can use my analytical, interpersonal, and technical skills to strengthen IT infrastructure, security, service delivery, and organizational growth.

I'm leading IT Infrastructure operations at Relay Human Cloud across global teams, supporting business continuity, compliance, endpoint security, and SLA delivery.

I manage Intune, Azure AD, Office 365 Exchange, application SSO, mobile application management, BYOD controls, patching, vulnerability assessments, VPNs, site-to-site tunnels, SSL-VPN, NAT, and security policies. I also maintain ISO documentation, risk registers, capacity management, and Microsoft Purview logs.

Previously at Imriel Software, I administered Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, VMware ESXi, SQL Server, IIS, SonicWALL, cloud migrations, backup, disaster recovery, and ISO 27001:2013 compliance.

I've also supported infrastructure and users at Assurecre Healthtech, Ethos HR Management and Projects, Jhaveri Securities, and Wipro Infotech for Sun Pharma. I lead teams, coach colleagues, resolve escalations, track SLAs, and turn recurring support issues into preventive improvements.
