I’m looking for a role where I can manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud operations end-to-end—owning security, SLAs, and disaster recovery—while improving system uptime with proactive maintenance and clear RCA-driven incident resolution.

I’m a System Engineer with 5 years of experience orchestrating enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and network security. I administer Microsoft 365 for 500+ users and manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Azure Cloud environments to keep identities, access, and security aligned.

I also own Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration, building stable AD/DNS/DHCP foundations with GPO-driven policy enforcement. I manage virtualization with VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V, supporting reliable storage configurations and performance through proactive maintenance.

On the security and operations side, I deploy and manage endpoint protection using CrowdStrike (and McAfee), handle patch management and system hardening, and drive Incident Management with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) through Freshdesk/Service Manager.
