I'm looking to take the next step into an IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Systems Management role where I can combine my technical background with leadership, service ownership, and continuous improvement.

I am an IT Infrastructure professional with 14+ years of experience across Systems Administration, IT Operations, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Identity & Access Management, and IT Security.
Currently working as a Systems Administrator Lead, I combine hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership and operational ownership. My experience includes managing and improving Windows infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and identity and access controls.
I have a strong focus on building secure, standardized, and reliable IT environments. I have led infrastructure and endpoint initiatives, resolved complex technical issues, improved operational processes, supported security and compliance initiatives, and used PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to automate and streamline IT administration.
Beyond day-to-day administration, I enjoy taking ownership of problems, driving improvements, coordinating with teams and vendors, and helping other IT professionals solve complex issues. I believe effective IT leadership is about balancing technology, security, operational efficiency, and business requirements.
