What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote infrastructure or IT operations role with EU- or US-based teams, supporting cloud, Microsoft 365, server, network, and monitoring operations in a distributed, asynchronous environment.

I've supported MSP and enterprise environments across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Linux operations. I manage user lifecycles, M365 licensing and mailboxes, IIS-hosted applications, endpoint policies, and L1/L2 escalations while keeping enterprise users productive.

More recently, I've monitored AWS and Azure infrastructure with Zabbix and Grafana, investigated outages, and coordinated with SOC teams on containment actions. I'm comfortable supporting firewalls, cloud workloads, and distributed operations teams across EU and US time zones.
