At EY India, I lead leadership assessment engagements for senior leaders, using 360-degree feedback, competency-based assessments, and psychometric tools. I also build KPI and performance management frameworks for 150+ frontline leaders and turn workforce data into productivity, engagement, and capability insights.
I've supported organization design, restructuring, job architecture, governance, and people-centric interventions, while managing vendor onboarding and contracting processes. My experience also includes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, consumer research, digital marketing, and market segmentation.
Beyond consulting, I co-founded Long Leap, a youth-led social impact initiative, and led an 80+ member Enactus team across social entrepreneurship projects. My academic research explores AI adoption in HR and workforce transformation through mixed-method research.
