What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to further expand my expertise across human resources, people development, client engagement, marketing, lead generation, and sales while building on my entrepreneurial experience.

I've led recruitment, training, engagement, and grievance initiatives at Exide Industries, while supporting HR and marketing clients as a freelance consultant.

At Exide Industries, I managed end-to-end recruitment for 10+ candidates monthly, delivered 10+ training sessions with 90% participation, and led engagement events that achieved 90% satisfaction. I also developed an internal grievance management platform that reduced unresolved issues by 50% and initiated a monthly leadership program for management teams.

Previously, as a Founding Member and Integration Associate at Opportune Ventures/Wondrlab, I onboarded 6,000+ creators, directed 20 trainees, and executed 10+ marketing campaigns for brands including Bharat Matrimony, ITC Aashirvaad, Nua, Medimix, Soxytoes, Chaayos, and JK Masale.

I'm currently building an entrepreneurial venture while expanding my work across HR, people development, client engagement, marketing, lead generation, and sales.
