I’m looking for a customer support role where I can use multi-channel support, CRM/ticketing, and my technical foundation to resolve issues quickly, collaborate with teams, and grow—especially in a fast-paced environment that values customer satisfaction.

I’m a motivated BSc. CSIT graduate (2021) from Tribhuvan University with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English. I’m eager to begin and grow a career in customer support, driven by a genuine passion for helping people and solving problems. I bring adaptability, quick learning, and a proactive approach in fast-paced environments.

In my part-time role as an IT Support Assistant at Bask Group Pvt. Ltd., I handled customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, delivering timely and professional resolutions.
