What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can partner with business leaders, strengthen employee experience, use workforce insights to support retention, and grow across HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and people analytics.

At Great Learning, I partnered with business leaders to support HR operations for 250+ employees, managing onboarding, performance processes, employee relations, payroll inputs, and workforce insights. I also led employer branding, engagement, Voice of Employee, exit interviews, and Rewards & Recognition initiatives.

I've managed end-to-end recruitment and campus hiring at Peepal Consulting, while my HR internship at Hindustan Times strengthened my work in needs analysis, stakeholder interviews, policy review, and recommendations. With an M.Sc. in Psychology focused on Human Resources Development and Management, I bring a people-focused approach to workforce planning, analytics, and employee experience.
