What I'm looking for
I am an experienced IT support specialist with a strong background in router setup, fault troubleshooting and customer-facing technical support across ADSL, Fibre, LTE, VOIP and broadband wireless networks. I consistently meet KPIs such as AHT, NPS, chat resolution and quality while working with systems including SAP and various indoor systems.
