What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on technical support role in a collaborative environment where I can apply network troubleshooting, customer support and SAP experience, grow into higher-responsibility technical or escalation roles, and contribute to improved customer satisfaction.

I am an experienced IT support specialist with a strong background in router setup, fault troubleshooting and customer-facing technical support across ADSL, Fibre, LTE, VOIP and broadband wireless networks. I consistently meet KPIs such as AHT, NPS, chat resolution and quality while working with systems including SAP and various indoor systems.

I have held progressive support roles at Webafrica, WNS, Vodacom and MWEB, resolving technical issues, logging faults, performing network and email resets, and handling escalations and billing queries. I bring hands-on experience with ONTs, modems, routers, switchboards and fixed-line voice services.
