What I'm looking for
I am a technical support specialist with hands-on experience across fibre, DSL and IP voice troubleshooting gained since completing technical learnerships in 2019–2020. I combine technical aptitude with strong customer-facing skills and reliable administrative support.
At Afrihost and Startek/Telkom Assurance I performed fibre troubleshooting, router setup, fault logging, testing and configuring fibre lines, and remote Wi‑Fi password resets, consistently supporting clients and escalating faults as needed. I am practiced in product selling and client support under KPI-driven call centre conditions.
Previously I worked in administrative and education settings where I handled word processing, patient registration, general office admin, diary management and assisted teachers and learners. My background includes installing Windows updates, configuring PCs and laptops, and operating Microsoft Office Suite from formal training at T-Systems ICT Academy.
I bring a customer-first attitude, strong telephone etiquette, and a desire to grow technically and professionally. I am looking to contribute my fibre and IT support skills in a collaborative team that values development and clear communication.
