Founded in 1997, we're ancient in internet years! We've been around the block and we're here to stay. We're not a fancy 'start-up', and we focus on what we're best at: getting all South Africans online with increasingly fast internet and giving them a great experience. We were born in Cape Town and in 2016, we also opened a Joburg office. We are now at the forefront of the working-from-home business model as we were the first ISP in the country to move fully remote in May 2022. We aim to provide an upbeat and motivational virtual working environment that is as productive and vibrant as it is friendly and informal. We believe in going the extra mile for our customers, providing excellent year-round support and striving for 99% up-time on all our services. This dedication is why we are close to achieving our goal of becoming South Africa's best-loved and most trusted ISP. We trust our staff to work to the best of their abilities while working from anywhere they choose, with a promise that Webafricans' wellbeing is always front of mind. We've even launched wellness campaigns with online workshops and free access to therapists.
