What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a position where I can use my education and work experience effectively—applying my claims, administrative, and store operations background to contribute consistently and grow with the team.

I’m a Remote Auto Claims Adjuster with experience investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims. I determine policy coverage, decide claim payment amounts, and ensure claims are not fraudulent by gathering additional information when needed.

Before USAA, I supported operations through administrative and accounts roles—receiving and filing invoices, reconciling them, and preparing payments/credits. Earlier, I managed day-to-day store operations as a Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including inventory control, financial audits, payroll and labor management, interviewing and training, and coaching team performance.
