I’m a Remote Auto Claims Adjuster with experience investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims. I determine policy coverage, decide claim payment amounts, and ensure claims are not fraudulent by gathering additional information when needed.
Before USAA, I supported operations through administrative and accounts roles—receiving and filing invoices, reconciling them, and preparing payments/credits.
