What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can combine high-volume customer service with security and secure logistics—following clear procedures while supporting clients with reliable, accurate communication and timely deliveries.

I’m an experienced customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. At AAA Club Alliance (2022–Present), I provide exceptional remote call center support, answering inbound calls to process new member sales, add-ons, upgrades, automatic renewals, transfers, and payments via credit card and electronic check. I also upsell and cross sell AAA products and services, and I handle roadside assistance by capturing breakdown location and emergency details—averaging 50–60 calls per day.

Alongside my contact center work, I’m a SORA Licensed Security Officer (2021–Present). I conduct scheduled and random patrols around a large stone and cement quarry, protect the perimeter from intruders, and provide client-focused customer service while following safety, security procedures, and site-specific policies. I’m responsible for logging all activity.

Earlier, I supported critical missions as an Independent Contractor with ActionLogistics/American Red Cross (2019–2021), securing pickup and delivery of “Stat” blood, platelets, and organs with a strong focus on timely transport. Before that, I handled secure courier work for Beavex Logistics (bank checks and daily documentation for M&T Bank) and Olympic Trucking (medical specimens and bodily fluids), and I also worked in alarm-system troubleshooting and scheduling with Vector Security.
