I’m a ServiceNow Developer with 1 Year of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, focused on ownership, problem-solving, and innovation. I independently design and build meaningful solutions across ITSM modules that reduce manual effort and streamline business processes.

Recently, I took full ownership of a Service Catalog item for database access requests using multi-row Variable Sets with duplicate validation. I also designed automated approval workflows with Flow Designer (manager routing, SLA enforcement, and task assignment) and ensured accurate IT infrastructure configuration by validating CMDB relationships using the CSDM framework.

I build reliable experiences and integrations by leveraging JavaScript Client Scripts, Business Rules (before/after) with GlideScript, and REST integrations (Table API and RESTMessageV2). I’m CIS-DF certified, actively pursuing CSA, CAD, and ITSM certifications, and I use ATF to create automated test suites for regression scenarios—so solutions stay high-quality and low-risk.
