At Accenture, I build and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and integrations.
I've developed 20+ complex catalog items and order guides, along with client scripts, business rules, UI policies, Flow Designer workflows, and reusable subflows that automate fulfillment, change management, and approvals.
I configure Discovery schedules, MID Servers, credentials, and patterns for Windows, Linux, network devices, and cloud resources. I also develop REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and Scripted REST API integrations, plus custom widgets, macros, fix scripts, and scheduled jobs.
I work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions through Agile sprints, while resolving production issues through root-cause analysis and code optimization.
